I have not slept since I woke yesterday. :U I got art supplies!!! I keep meaning to get them, but I usually get home from school after the stores close, so since I was awake I went for them today. Got my mom to drive since I didn't trust myself behind the wheel.

Ended up having various several debates with her all under the umbrella of social justice progressiveness and, though we obviously disagree a lot, I didn't come out of it supremely mad at her for once, so success on me for not ending up in a bad mood because of her. \o\ But wow is the generation and culture gap supremely obvious between us.

My art supplies make me happy tho |D am super excited to do my own art. so excited eeee ♥

IT WAS MY DAY OFF so I did laundry and went to Ihop with my mom and we got pumpkin pancakes and then did some shopping. We stopped at a beauty supply store because I am trying out different hair treatment/styling methods now that I'm no longer dyeing my hair. It's naturally thick and curly but also short, so I'm using curlers as a method of guiding where I want my curls to go after I shower and when my hair is wet. Which seems to work okay so far, though I end up pinning my hair with bobby pins anyway.

NOTHING TERRIBLY EXCITING. Though I have a bunch of organic pumpkin puree that I want to bake with before the weekend is over, so I'm also browsing sweets recipes like the one linked above.

Tell me about Joshua tho!! I've seen you mention him being a fussybutt on plurk but I haven't read the thread in question.

Joshua made the mistake of saying, "so i'm p sure we're acquaintances and not friends with what you've mentioned of why we were even talking" and riku went "i'd like to think we were friends by the end of it" and it made joshua go "friends???????????"

and then it's just been a downhill of joshua being curious but also kind of pleased about apparently had a friend?! but also being in turn irritated that he even cares at all and that it's probably untrue anyways, but supremely irritated that he's interested at all. and then as riku frandships at him he's growing irritated at the frandshipping and then irritated at himself for getting irritated and caring in the first place. |D it's great, he's just getting really tsun about attachments in general, and riku's being himself which isn't helping at all
